Hi,
I would like to request commit access to the LLVM project. I have been contributing to the **CIRCT** project, where my work focuses on expanding and completing the Python bindings. I am specifically working on integrating missing dialect support and CAPI functionality to ensure the Python API is feature-complete.
I am also the author of [elision](https://github.com/yassinz/elision), an open-source library built on top of CIRCT.
