mlir-opt version: 22.1.0-rc1
Running mlir-opt with the --remove-dead-values pass on a module containing math.ipowi and vector.constant_mask triggers an assertion failure in llvm::APInt
# Reproduce
location: If the **math.ipowi** is commented out, the crash no longer occurs.
