### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I am contributing to the Clang unsafe buffer usage check as part of the [Safe Buffers](https://clang.llvm.org/docs/SafeBuffers.html) effort. I have authored 5 [PRs to the LLVM project](https://github.com/pulls?q=is%3Apr+author%3Arohanjr+archived%3Afalse+is%3Aclosed+llvm) (the [requirement](https://llvm.org/docs/DeveloperPolicy.html#obtaining-commit-access) is 3). I will be using commit access to merge my own PRs after gaining review and approval from at least one expert for each PR.
