### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I've been contributing bug fixes across various areas including the Clang bytecode interpreter, MLIR dialects, VectorCombine, and clang-tidy. I'd like to be able to request reviews directly and merge approved PRs myself.
Having commit access would also help me contribute more efficiently as I continue working on crash fixes and improvements across the codebase.
