Since share/clang-doc isn't packaged, clang-doc fails to run when producing HTML documentation.
```
❯ clang-doc --executor=standalone main.cpp --format=html
Emiting docs in html format.
clang-doc error: default index.js file missing at /usr/bin/../share/clang-doc/index.js
```
