### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I've been contributing to the [alloc-token feature](https://clang.llvm.org/docs/AllocToken.html) implementation in clang. I have [4 merged PRs](https://github.com/pulls?q=is%3Apr+author%3Aa-nogikh+archived%3Afalse+is%3Aclosed+is%3Amerged+org%3Allvm+) (the requirement is 3).
I plan to use the commit access to be able to explicitly request reviews and merge my PRs that have been approved.
