I'm not sure the right place to file this, but I think github as I can link to the right things and also tag the Github Owners. Lmk if you would prefer this done by email.

There is a github user, @XiaobingHou1219 , filing a huge number of issues on LLVM, against RISC-V LLD. Somewhere around 90 in the last several days: https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/?q=is%3Aissue%20author%3AXiaobingHou1219

While there may be specific bugs in these tickets (which I do think we should take the time to evaluate), they are fairly obviously being filed by some kind of AI, and I find them to be very extractive, and I know at least one other llvm contributor/maintainer does as well.

I'm not sure what the way forwards is. The user doesn't seem to respond to any suggestions (such as requests to tag these as "generated by fuzzer" - https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/201025#issuecomment-4628620342 )

Can we, at least in the short term, institute restrictions on this user interacting with the LLVM project, or at least filing new issues?

CCing some llvm github org owners, as I don't know how else to get the attention of the llvm github admins: @dwblaikie @petrhosek @rnk
