### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I want to gain commit access to `llvm-project` so I can help and contribute to Clang DXC hoping to accelerate the upstream process so it can be production ready. I currently have [5 merged PRs](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pulls?q=is%3Apr+is%3Amerged+author%3Akcloudy0717) and will continue to make more.
