Reduced test
Consider the attached bytecode. Currently we're failing with:
$ ./llc -mattr=+neon bugpoint-reduced-simplified.bc
llc: /home/asl/proj/llvm/src_arm/lib/CodeGen/RegisterScavenging.cpp:219: void
llvm::RegScavenger::forward(): Assertion `isUsed(Reg) && "Using an undefined
register!"' failed.
