"Optional Configuration Items" of llvm-doc/html/GettingStarted.html. You should
change
$ echo ':llvm:M::llvm::/path/to/lli:' > /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc/register
to
$ echo ':llvm:M::BC::/path/to/lli:' > /proc/sys/fs/binfmt_misc/register
as the format signature is BC, not llvm.
