Clang's diagnostic classes are confusingly named:
1. DiagnosticInfo is in fact "Diagnostic".
2. "Diagnostic" should be something like DiagnosticsEngine.
3. DiagnosticClient could be renamed to DiagnosticConsumer for consistency.
