Compilationerror on mingw32
I had problems compiling trunk on win32 (trying to build clang), bootstraping
from mingw with gcc 4.3. See attached error.
The fix is also attached here, small fixes in
lib/System/Win32/DynamicLibrary.inc, inside a block #ifdef'ed __MINGW32__
