When list-ilp was enabled by default on 2011-03-07,
SingleSource/Benchmarks/Misc/flops-7.exec slowed down by 22%
vs. list-burr (it now takes 29% more time to execute). My x86_64
tester only showed a 7% slowdown. The nightly x86_64 tester showed no change.
