When I pass the flags "-interprocedural-aa-eval" or "-interprocedural-basic-aa"
to "opt", it fails with "Unknown command line argument".
So I think this passes do not (no longer?) exist and they shold be removed from
Passes.html.
(If you happen to know where these passes did go, you could also drop a not
here)
