Add support for 64bit slackware toolchain
Same issue as: http://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=9731 , but for 64bit
slackware not 32bit.
Patch attached teaches Clang where slackware64 puts the toolchain so that
linking C programs works.
