Context/Personal Use Case: I wanted to install a svn build of libc++ while
keeping the libc++ in /usr/lib and /usr/include/c++ intact incase I found the
svn build too buggy.
Problem: When using -stdlib=libc++, I don't believe there exists a way to point
clang to a different libc++ than whatever is in /usr/lib/.
