There's no (at least no easily discoverable) information on how to write/update
RST documentation files. One has to figure out what tools to use in order to
check syntax, then to find and install a compatible version of the docutils,
etc.
FYI: Ubuntu 12.04 has docutils version 0.8.1, which doesn't handle the
code-block construct. So the setup process isn't straightforward.
