C99 and C11 Annex G has:
G.5.1#4, item 2:
if the first operand is an infinity and the second operand is a
finite number, then the result of the / operator is an infinity;
clang violates that for many cases, such as:
(0.0+inf*I)/(0.0+0.0*I)
(0.0+inf*I)/(0.0+maximum*I)
(0.0+inf*I)/(min+max*I)
