(0.0+1.0*I) / (0.0+0.0*I) should be infinity, not NaN. Same problem with:
(inf+nan*I) / (0.0+0.0*I)
(inf+0.0*I) / (0.0+0.0*I)
C99 and C11 have in Annex G:
G.5.1#4, item 4:
if the first operand is a nonzero finite number or an infinity and
the second operand is a zero, then the result of the / operator is
an infinity.
