The file checker-275.tar.bz2 does not extract on OS X 10.7.5 when using the
command:
tar -xjf checker-275.tar.bz2
The following error is reported:
tar: Unrecognized archive format
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors
Similarly, double-clicking the file in Finder compresses rather than extracts
the file.
