I am using LLVM on the following platform:
Windows 7 x64
MingW x64 4.8.1
LLVM 2.9 mingw32 i386
Running llvmc.exe fails due to the first line of llvm-config using the
non-existent path /opt/local/bin/perl instead of /bin/perl
