After installing the LLVM toolset with VS2012, the project properties all
disappear- the project properties window can be opened, but the only entry is
the .NET framework references page, and it has no UI elements. This means the
user has to manually edit the .vcxproj to revert changing the toolset back, as
the toolset element no longer exist.
