When I receive bugmail from the LLVM bugzilla for someone closing a bug as a
duplicate of another bug, the link in the bugmail is broken.
For example, I just received bugmail for bug 20328 being closed as a duplicate
of bug 18941. In the mail, the link to bug 20328 was correct, but the link to
bug 18941 was:
https://show_bug.cgi/?id=18941
which of course does not resolve.
