It'll be great to document various CMake options (gcc_eh, how to choose gcc_eh
from particular version of GCC, unwind library, etc) on
http://libcxxabi.llvm.org and in README file.
Proper combinations of CMake options for various platforms (Linux, Mac OS X,
etc) will be very helpful.
Same for libc++ (gcc_s).
