Clang's attribute docs seem to be missing about half of the times I reference
the page:
http://clang.llvm.org/docs/AttributeReference.html
I know these are generated through a combination of tablegen and sphinx, and I
guess this is blank if the tablegen part didn't happen for some reason. I don't
really understand why the docs are *sometimes* there though.
