Several test binaries started failing on the Chromium bots with trunk clang,
but only in optimized builds. The clang regression window is 241885:241893 and
most of these are accidental commits + a revert of those. 241886 or r241887 are
the only real changes.
More information as I get it, but maybe "something is wrong" is enough to see
things by inspection.
