I have the same problem, and looked it up a bit; turns out it is caused by an old Pulse installation. PA_STREAM_ADJUST_LATENCY is available in Pulse 0.9.11 and newer, but my Ubuntu (and maybe also Nicolas' debian) has Pulse 0.9.10 installed. In my case, replacing "PA_STREAM_ADJUST_LATENCY" in AudioPulseAudio.cpp with "(pa_stream_flags_t)0", and re-running make, enabled me to compile and run LMMS.
