Hello. Are you referring to the piano graphics or the colors used in the grid? Currently, Most colors used by LMMS are not exposed to the *.css file. This is due to both historic and technical reason. Historically, most LMMS drawing code and color values were hardcoded. Qt4 brought css stylesheet support, which we now use for styling of factory Qt controls such as buttons or textboxes.
The main problem area are custom LMMS controls, such as knobs, LCD-panels, and editor areas such as the piano-roll and song editor. Qt does not provided (at least lat time I checked) a simple method of styling custom controls in the CSS files. At least, it is suboptimal. Palette changes are a commonly requested feature, but support will require some development effort. I do not have the time for this, but I will gladly get someone started if they are inspired to work on this.
