Hello devs,

just after my first tries with LMMS, I noticed a few things worthy of
improvement (part sent to "users" list; not sure, do you read users?):

1. LMMS always starts with its window maximized, which I don't
particularly like (I'm using "virtual desktop", and LMMS after start
covers literally everything). Each time I've got to click the "normal
window" button. It would be handy to have such option in configuration
("start maximized" or not).

2. Could be possible to make _every_ new window - with warning,
information, asking for confirmation, configuration window etc. -
appear centered over the main window? Using virtual desktop it's
somewhat annoying to always look for such window somewhere "on the
side". They are mostly "modal dialogs", therefore they need to be
handled instantly anyway, then there's no need to keep them aside.
This could be also configuration option, although I really see no
reason to not have them appear centered by default, over the main
window.

3. "Piano roll" window can be wrapped - using bottom border "handle" -
to ZERO height; it's not possible to recover it then.

4. All "internal" windows can be "slided" below the taskbar of main
program window; but once such window's title bar gets there, it's not
possible to move it back, since e.g. "mouse + Alt" works for main
window only, not for internal windows.

So much at the moment; should I post bug-reports / feature-requests
here, or it's enough to send it to "users list"?
