I'm based in Warsaw, Poland.
I think that Google Hangout could be a good thing to try first.
I'm not too capable of traveling to another country right now ;)
And the meeting/live online discussion is a good idea - maybe the
developers could make such online live meetings weekly reporting progress
and sharing ideas...
