I don't think .SVG's are supported currently by the theming engine. And
in any case, if a mobile version ever emerges (big if), a custom theme
(or even a whole new UI) would need to be developed in any case.
In the short term, it's of course fine to do the graphics in vector
form, but there's no real need to do so right now.
