I was thinking, perhaps we could write up some kind of press releases about new LMMS releases, drumming up hype on new features and such, and offering these to sites that are geared towards reporting on open source software, like Phoronix or LAS. I think this could be a good way to make LMMS better known in the kind of circles where it would be likely to attract more developers/contributors to the project (and why not more users as well, that's not a bad thing to achieve either).
