thank you for proposals and offers! I fear that Phabricator just would add
more redundancy. IMHO we should try to concentrate everything into/around
Github, even though it might have some limitations compared to Phabricator.
When using the concept of pull requests, we circumvent the problem of patch
submission.

Where we eventually host the forum is up to you. Having a performant site
independent of sourceforge is a good idea! We just need to make sure that
don't get maintainance problems in the future (updates, migrations to other
hosters, ...) and I think many users would love seing the existing forum
being migrated if we re-launch on your server. In case of emergency I do
have hosted webspace + mysql at all.

Thank you for transfering the bug reports! Also sorting out
duplicates/outdated items saves me a lot of time!
