Ok, someone who knows Qt a bit better than me:
Currently, most of the colour palette is defined in lmms_style.cpp. The
QPalette that is used all around the application is currently hardcoded
into the source, thusly:

pal.setColor( QPalette::ButtonText, QColor( 0, 0, 0 ) );
pal.setColor( QPalette::BrightText, QColor( 74, 253, 133 ) );

pal.setColor( QPalette::HighlightedText, QColor( 255, 255, 255 ) );

What I'd like to do is make it so that these values could be read from
an XML file, maybe "palette.xml" that would be part of the theme and in
the same directory as the stylesheet. This way the palette could be
themable, and that would create more possibilities for themers.
I think I'd need to use QDomDocument for this, but I'm a bit fuzzy on
the specifics...
