The people who still use those kinds of trackers are mostly in demoscene, using them mostly for the really small demo categories, where the purpose is to conserve space by embedding modules instead of rendered tracks. And in those cases, importing the modules to LMMS would be of little use, unless LMMS could also export them back in tracker format... and even then, there would be little to gain from such a feature.
