Already possible! Go to piano roll, select a group of notes, then hold
shift and stretch one of the selected notes from the right edge, this
will scale the selected group of notes, including the intervals in
between (so the notes get moved as well). If you only want to scale the
length of the notes but not move them from where they are, leave out the
shift.
