Question for the VST/SF2 dragging:

Not so easy if we want to keep our code clean and generic. What however is

Double-clicking does this already (adds it to a new beat/bassline editor),
I'm confused why drag functionality can't be added for .DLL extensions and
.SF2 extensions.  What am I missing here?
