It has, at least for the most common forms of colour blindness. All of the elements should be visible for colour blind people, although it's of course impossible to say for 100% certainty without an actual colour blind person taking a look at it. We don't have any UI elements where the state/meaning of an element could only be discerned by its colour, anyway.
