Nope, those things aren't customizable yet. There are plans to make
those things customizable, but that won't happen for this release,
possibly for the next one though. Another thing that isn't customizable
yet is the song editor background, or the track backgrounds. Rest
assured that I'll be personally working to correct these deficiencies in
the future.

There are more theming options - you can change the colour palette which
affects the FX mixer colouring, knob lines, the window "base colour"
which used to be unchangeable, etc. Some of the colours are simply
hardcoded as variants of the palette colours - for example, the
gradients on the titles of groupboxes (eg. effect rack) are made from
different-lightness variations of the base colour.

All of this is a sort of hackish transient solution, as the longer term
plan is to make everything CSS-themeable, but we figured that this would
be a better temporary solution than keeping everything hardcoded - at
least it allows for some more customization.

I'm also adding some more object names which allows for individual
customization of certain buttons, for example I'm right now adding
object names to the transport buttons so that these can be themed
individually in the CSS.

Please also take a look at the theme porting guide, it should be helpful
for porting your theme for 1.0.0.
