Those adventurekid waveforms are much poorer quality than mine though...
they're only 600 samples long, while most of mine are 9600 samples per
cycle. I didn't look very closely, so I guess if they're meant for
chiptunes or something it doesn't really matter...

So... if 4300 is too many, we probably could add the ~30 waveforms I've
made? They could be in a "waveforms" directory under the sample directory...

Additionally, when you open any of the custom waveform dialogs, the file
open dialog could be set to open in the waveform directory by default...
