It's possible but not convenient, I agree here. These are still
specific features which could go into a specific synth, either by
extendeding TripleOscilator or using Vesa's new synth.

In general I'm in favour of a modular approach as well. Of course we
should take care that we don't code a new plugin for each thinkable
feature. Indeed the BitInvader plugin could be merged into
TripleOscillator which could open a new sub-window when you click the
"custom waveshape" button (instead of just allowing to pick an
arbitrary wave shape).
