Installing them separately makes most sense when dozens of separate
projects are implementing and maintaining their own, such as with  Pidgin.

What really makes these instruments plugins valuable to our community is
the sounds they can make, and that usually means a good preset collection.

I don't think its fair to disclude a good instrument simply because it
showed up late to the game.

>From a prioritization standpoint more instrument plugins can appear a
bit.... well...  frivolous, over some more demanded features.   This is
moot though because prioritizing volunteer contributions from around the
world is particularly difficult.

I would really enjoy getting a "Will Godfrey" (zyn preset collection
author) on our team from a preset perspective as I think it would really
help put tangible substance around the potential of these new plugins.
Hope that doesn't come off as a rant... :)
