At this point I see absolutely no purpose in hiding bug reports away in a
code repository we may not even use. There's not even any code in LSP2, it
should be deleted until a dedicated home is warranted.

I don't understand your logic.

I see TODO list out there:

 - New theme (try for simpler Google-like flat theme)
> - Implement tagging system for songs, presets, etc
> - More useful default searches (eg. hot, trending, popular, new, etc)
> - Flesh out User Profiles
> - Create system for 'following' other artists which populates personal
> Activity Feed
> - Implement 'Groups' system for artists

 - Better statistics on tracks and ability to track them

This is not a TODO list, this is a wish list.

In my opinion ,this todo list should some well thought out steps to get
LSP started and running:
1. Choose framework for managing content/users - NOT FINISHED
2. Choose storage technique - NOT FINISHED
   a. Feasibility of cloud access - DONE
   b. Vote to use cloud or not - NOT FINISHED
   c. (if cloud) Choose cloud provider - DONE (ASSUMES AWS)
3. Prototype content types and data model:
   a. Project
      - Attribute 1, Attribute 2 (et.al)
   b. Preset
      - Attribute 1. Attribute 2 (et. al)
   c. (etc)
4. Choose web hosting and domain - NOT FINISHED
5. Set up new home using framework, Hosting, Domain
6. (if cloud) AWS "Hello World"
7. (if cloud) Begin implementing LSP to read and write to cloud

Gather feedback (this is where the wish list features would spin out into
mini projects).

I just don't understand the point of the LSP repo right now. Do you really
want to write an entire sharing platform? Do you have the time to pull
that off? I know I certainly don't.
