It turns out it is only a few lines of code to turn on drag-and-drop
support for new file types. (assuming they are already supported by an
existing instrument of course).

Enabling this has been a long time wish of mine.  The two I plan to enable
are **.dll* and **.sf2*.

My question is, are there some more file extensions we should add to this?
(i.e. *.fxp*, *.fxb*?  Any others?)

The plan is to offer this functionality in version 1.1.

Also, @Vesa, would you like any new artwork (i.e. VST file icon) for this
to be part of the commit?  If so, would you be willing to send me the
artwork so that it is all part of the same pull request?
