It's written somewhere in the (incredibly messy) docs of SourceForge. If i
recall correctly, you should be able to connect to sftp://
web.sourceforge.net/ with your normal username and password. LMMS's htdocs
should be in /home/project-web/lmms/htdocs or similar.
