If you haven't forked yet, you can click fork
<https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/fork>, install the GitHub client,
navigate to data/projects/CoolSongs (et.al <http://et.al>) and place
the track in the folder and commit with an appropriate message.
Then you can go to your new fork on GitHub and issue a pull request
against the build to get included.
