Umlauts like 'ö' are written strangely in xml. #1128 ((High Definition
Audio-Ge*rät*)"/>) It is the reason for the startup hang that some has had
from the 'dot'-xml definition file. Looks like windws cant handle anything
other than uni-charset, so country /region ascii-chars can mess up the xml
files, that will also happen in the project-file, i fear.
