Just wanted to comment on this:

I do not believe it is true. The end product should be under free license.
Paying money for development is not a problem. Saying that FOSS mentality
is only about community effort is plainly false.
In fact, not all free software products, including very known ones, are
developed by the community. Many have lone authors. The community is free
to fork it, but I have never heard from anyone that paying for development
of FOSS software is bad. In fact, this is the first time I've heard such a
sentiment.
FSF is getting money in to pay for development efforts. Does the FSF go
against FLOSS mentality too?
