I don't remember such a problem with sample-tracks... Well, they sure are bad, but if you want to put your singing or guitar in the music, well, you can have it there during editing, mute it while exporting and then adding it again on Audacity or any other program. I used it sometimes... I don't feel like deleting it would be good.
