With the help of new contributor Dave French, the DualFilter bug has been
closed, making it usable for stable-1.1.
There are a bunch of other last-minute fixes in this RC as well

RC10 here:
https://github.com/LMMS/lmms/releases/tag/v1.0.99
If no major issues are reported, we will soon be releasing stable-1.1.
For the windows testers, if the win32/win64 installers don't show up
automatically within the hour, please let us know (they're uploaded
automatically by travis now).
